The suspect, Moseley allegedly broke into the victim’s home through the door, according to police personnels, on the 1100 block of North Monticello Avenue.
Investigators say that Moseley put his hands over the victim’s mouth and said to her that he would kill her and the teens family if she said anything.
He also told the girl that if anyone noticed them, then she was to run off with him. Investigators alleged that the assault began on the back porch of the victim’s home, but he was impeded after someone came upstairs from the basement and saw Moseley putting on his pants.
This is when Moseley grabbed the young teen, and ran toward a gas station but she black out moments later. The 14 year old girl told police that when she regained consciousness, she was blind folded and tied up, and was raped by several different men, approximately four.
She was held prisoner for two or three days, according to sources, but was able to get away as soon as her hands were unbound. She was able to get medical help soon after. The judge ordered Moseley to not have any contact with anyone under 18 if he were to be released.
