19-Year-Old Man Finds 26 Cockroach Living in His Ear

Not only was there a big mommy cockroach taking up residence in his ear canal, but she had spawned 25 baby roaches. Mr Li, the 19 years old patient, had gone to hospital after his ear became itchy and caused pain. Medical experts looked inside his ear and were shocked to discover that it was crawling with tiny insects.

They believe that the female cockroach crawl inside Mr Li's ear few weeks before laying her eggs. Doctors said that if Mr Li had not come to them in time, his ear would have been "destroyed". A doctor from Chang'an Xiaobian Hospital in Dongguan, named Yang Jing, told the TVS that they saw an insect-shaped object blocking his ear canal completely.

A total of 26 cockroaches were removed from his ear 

Cockroaches, which are popularly known as the only creature that would survive a nuclear explosion, are hardy insects that can survive for months with no food.
