This Baby Girl was left alone with her Dad. What He does to her Is shocking! After her parents relationship turned for the worse, they separated while living in South Carolina.

Baby Cheyenne would come visit her father James Davis Jr, every weekends. Then on one weekly visit day Baby Cheyenne wouldn't stop crying, what her dad did next was horiffic!

According to the child's Father Mr Davis, he cant tolerate the baby's crying. At first he did not admit it, but finally he admitted to violently shake his baby girl resulting in head injury. With the vicious shaking, her brain started to bleed, she was immediately rushed into emergency for medical care. According to the Mayo Clinic this type of child abuse is called, shaken baby syndrome. 

It can "destroy a child’s brain cells and prevents his or her brain from getting enough supply of oxygen." Concluding baby Cheyenne suffered from the shaken baby syndrome abuse, Davis was arrested and prosecuted and sentenced to 20 years in prison. 

The Mayo Clinic claims this type of child abuse can result in "permanent brain damage or disability and possibly result in death. . . and it only takes a few seconds of shaking to cause unalterable damage to the brain in a child.” Fortunately little Cheyenne has finally healed, but she still suffers some brain damage from the wrongdoing. Her mom, Amy says, " Baby Cheyenne is a resilient little girl," but Amy warns many children are likey to have less chance to get better.
