Apparently the nanny is changing the baby's diaper and is agitated by the baby's crying, the nanny then began shaking, slapping, and pinching the toddler.
The 10-month old baby shows signs of bruising in parts oh his body this made his parents suspicious and they set up a hidden camera. They were absolutely appaled to see the kind of suffering their son got from the nanny.
The nanny has been arrested and could face up to 10 years in jail, but the woman and her lawyer are claiming that the footage was taken illegally and is therefore irrelevant to the case.
