The video, recorded by another teen on a mobile phone, starts with the teen sitting at the edge of the railing. She then takes off her sweater and drops it to the ground as the girl watching shouted "I'm showing this to my dad later."
The girl then prepares to lower herself and said "Spiderman ain't got nothing on me." It's at this point she lost her grip, and crashes into the balcony before flipping over and hitting the floor with a thud.
The witness can be heard gasping in shock before rushing to help her friend. It is not known if the teen suffered any injuries but based on her reaction she shrugs off questions with an embarrassed tone, "I'm fine."
